INFRAPLAN Sh.p.k u krijua me 28.03.2006. Që nga themelimi i saj, kjo kompani ka pasur në fokusin e saj primar përgatitjen dhe zbatimin e një sërë projektesh infrastrukturore, si transporti, energjia, infrastruktura ujore, urbanistika dhe arkitektura, shumica e të cilave financohen nga IFI.
