CONSTRUCTION

INFRAPLAN Sh.p.k provides a complete architectural and urban planning services, from Master Planning, Feasibility Studies, and Planning Applications, Tendering to Construction and Site Inspections. In this context we are proud to be the partner and recently, official representatives in Albania of one of the largest architecture designers in the world, being GRIMSHAW Architects LLP.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Architectural Design of residential and commercial buildings, resorts, passenger terminals and warehouses, navigation service stations and harbor stations, tourist installations, administration and office buildings, educational buildings, industrial buildings has been our recent focus with several projects developed an on-going. This being associated with Urban Planning projects such as master plans of several areas in Albania, exterior spaces design, urban renewals, and central business districts (C.B.D.)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Last, but not least, Overall Project Management, Construction site Management, Contract management, coordination scheduling of the construction phases and activities, cost evaluation, procurement, quality control of the construction phase, check- review and evaluation of Contractor’s request and claims on behalf of the Project’s Owner is one of the strongest activities of Infraplan. In our entire company’s life, the Portfolio that we have been able to manage successfully exceeds 500.000.000 Euro of the Construction Projects.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Environmental impact assessment for roads, harbors, marinas, buildings. Environmental modelling, waste management and noise measurements, monitoring are our priorities, in each and every project that we have developed so far.
